You'll be in the Whitewater Park Neighborhood, newly named because you're close to the Boise RiverPark Waveshaper (whitewater park) and the beachfront on Quinn's Pond where you can rent stand-up paddleboards, swim, or just lounge on the beach. You're also close to two entrances to The Boise Greenbelt and its more than 25 miles of paved walking and bicycling paths is just blocks away. If you're here for work, it's an EASY bike ride or quick drive to St. Luke's and St. Al's Boise campuses, Boise State University and Downtown offices. If you need to commute to the greater Treasure Valley, you're about 2 minutes from the freeway on ramp. The house is just blocks away from coffee shops, brewpubs, wineries and restaurants.

Please note: The laundry facilities are not available through 8/26/26. You get the whole house to yourself. Downstairs apartment is vacant. Airbnb guests have exclusive use of the backyard, main level and garage. Plenty of street parking is available.
Good to know
This unit is ideal for families, a group of friends or a visiting professional looking for an extended stay. The large fenced backyard provides room for kids to play or to relax with family and friends on the patio. We can usually accommodate early check-ins (Before 4 PM). Message the evening before your check in to arrange an early check-in time if possible. No Smoking, no unruly behavior and please be respectful during your stay!

We are a quiet neighborhood. Please keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. We allow dogs (sorry, not cats), so please let me know if you're bringing a furry friend with you as there is an additional surcharge $50 per trip (per dog — two dogs maximum). Our cleaners are amazing and do an excellent job, but since this is a dog friendly property please expect to see some dog hair. We'll do our very best to remove the dog hair, but it is inevitable. We require: that you crate your dogs when you are not at the house, pick up after your dogs outside and don't let your dogs on the furniture. We have a large metal dog crate in the garage for our guests' use. A portable pack and play and high chair is available by request for $40 each.

Centrally located with easy access to Downtown via a short walk, public transportation or a $5 Uber ride. You may also want to swing into Boise Electric Bikes, which is located within the block and can be a great resource for anyone looking to rent a bike during their stay. There are bus lines that run down the main arteries of State Street, Fairview Avenue and Main Street, which are each just a few blocks away.
